The moment our car insurance lapses about three months ago, I was actually expecting a automatic renewal from the bank where I got my car mortgaged but unfortunately, they didn’t. I waited for a couple of months more and finally somebody from the bank contacted me. They say that my previous car insurance company is no longer with them and they decided to have it renewed with another insurance company. I find it really weird that it took them two months before they contacted me and finally renewed it. I’m just thinking what will happen if something when wrong during the time that my car insurance lapses. Will they still cover it?
